Order Processing Times

All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

  • Custom products: Production time varies depending on complexity and volume, typically 3–7 business days after proof approval.

  • Premade design products: Typically ship within 1–4 business days.

Orders containing custom items will not begin production until final proof approval is received.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

Shipping times are estimates and begin after the order has shipped. Delivery times may vary by destination and carrier.

Customers will receive a tracking number once an order has been shipped. StickerMoo.com is not responsible for carrier delays, weather, customs processing, or incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, package size, and destination. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, and import taxes. These fees are not included at checkout.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once a package has been handed to the carrier, responsibility transfers to the carrier. Lost or stolen packages must be reported directly to the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days including photos of the product and packaging.

Address Changes

We cannot guarantee changes after an order is placed. Please verify your shipping information before checkout.
