By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. No Returns or Refunds on Custom Products

Due to the personalized and made-to-order nature of our custom products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or offer refunds on any customized items, including but not limited to:

  • Custom stickers
  • Canvas prints
  • Banners and signage
  • Printed material or services involving personalization or custom artwork

We advise customers to carefully review all digital proofs, spelling, colors, dimensions, and order details prior to approval.

If your custom product arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us in writing within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the damage or defect. We will review and determine eligibility for replacement at our sole discretion.

2. Premade Design Products – 30-Day Returns

For products that feature premade, non-customized designs, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date the product is delivered.

If approved, a refund will be issued for the purchase price of the product only, less original shipping costs.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, handling, and any applicable duties or taxes.

Returned items must be in new, unused, and resellable condition. Items returned damaged, altered, or missing components may be denied for refund.

3. Return Authorization (RMA) Required

All returns and refunds must be authorized in advance. Items sent back without prior approval will be refused.

Upon approval, we will provide instructions for returning your product. RMA numbers are valid for 14 days.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order.

5. Shipping & Delivery Issues

StickerMoo.com is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processes, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Lost or stolen packages must be reported directly to the carrier.

6. Non-Refundable Charges

The following charges are non-refundable:

  • Shipping and handling fees
  • Customs, duties or import taxes
  • Rush processing or expedited shipping fees
  • Digital design fees or artwork services

7. Legal & Compliance

This Return & Refund Policy is governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. Nothing in this policy is intended to override any rights you may have under governing law.
