A: Lifetime Access means you only pay once during this crowdfunding campaign and never pay a subscription fee again. Once we launch publicly (September 31, 2026), the same plan will cost a monthly subscription (ranging from $99/mo to $999/mo), but backers here get permanent access with no recurring fees.

Q: Can I place multiple designs in one order?
A: Each order is for one design. However, you can submit multiple orders each month according to your plan limit.
Q: What happens if I exceed my monthly order limit?
A: If you reach your limit, you can either wait until the next month or use our regular non-member pricing.
So make sure you choose the right reward tier, if you print a lot, BISON Tier is a steal, it's one-time fee for life - these will sell fast!
Q: How long does production and delivery take?
A: After you approval your design, standard production typically takes 3–5 business days plus shipping time. We will provide tracking numbers for all orders.
As we grow, we will be expanding our equipment to bring production time down.
Q: Can businesses or groups share a single account?
A: An account is limited to one email and login. Multiple logins (IP address tracked) at the same time, will put your account at risk and we do not authorize this.
Plus all orders will be shipped to original billing address on file - we do not offer drop shipping.
Q: What happens after the campaign ends?
A: Early backers get locked-in lifetime access and will be first onboarded before the public launch. Once public, pricing switches to monthly subscription and these lifetime deals will never be offered again.

Q: Is there a refund policy?
A: Yes — if for any reason you change your mind before the campaign ends (July 31st or if we sell out of all tiers) we will gladly refund you 100%.
